What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

Comfort means different things to different people. The healthy air you breathe, the food you eat, the lovely garden behind your house, the luxurious vacations you take, the adequate lighting in your house, the clothes you wear, the kind of friends you associate with, and so many other things we do enhances our well being and adds value to our lives.

The term “comfort” derives from the Latin “confortare” which means “become strong, comfort or encourage.” In a linguistic dictionary, the term is a synonym of “well-being”, and is defined as aid and solace in moments of affliction.

When you are livable, you will have this inner energy and peace, which spur confidence and independence. I try as much as possible to be myself, know my strengths, and work on my weakness.

Try as much as possible to have inner peace. When everything within you is congruent with each other, all other external factors harmonize too. Prioritize your happiness, because a jovial person, is a comfortable person.
