What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Just as our environment returns what we give to it, so as our health. If we keep our environment clean, it enhances good living, but if we keep our environment dirty, it will return to make us sick.

There should never be strenuous strategies for good health. The saying that health is wealth does not necessarily mean we must be very wealthy to be healthy. It is only emphasizing the benefits of prioritizing our health both mentally, physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

The strategies for a good health and well-being

* Get a healthy amount of sleep every day.

* Eat well-balanced meals, and exercise regularly.

* Practice the act of meditation to ease stress.

* Socialize with positive minded people.

* Take responsibility for your actions, and do what makes you happy

* Keep your environment neat and tidy

  1. Wholeheartedly agree! “Wealth” usually refers to monetary gains, however, having a wealth of physical attributes can better benefit us. After all, what good is money if you’re confined to a bed, looking at the windows across the room? Right?
