Are you holding a grudge? About?
I don’t hold a grudge or what’s so ever. If someone hurts me so bad that it affects my mental health, I can only cease communicating with the person.
Besides, holding a grudge does more harm to you than to the person you are angry at. It is imperative to always free our minds of all negative vibes or anything that triggers our mental health. We can only be at peace with other humans when we are at peace with ourselves first.
So instead of holding grudges against people, approach them cordially and talk it out with them, express how their behavior made you feel, but if there are no positive changes in their behavior, distance yourself from them. Your mental health should be your utmost priority.
