What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Physical exercise is paramount for our well-being. Such as food fuels us and gives us energy to carry out our day-to-day activities, so we need physical exercise also to keep our bodies and bones stronger.

People participate in different forms of exercise that best soothe them as long as it takes and at different times of the day or weeks.

For me, I love routine workouts that I can do for 15 to 20 minutes daily preferably 3 to 4 times a week. And also I love running too.

  1. It’s obvious that the American population is nearly 50% off the mark as obesity stats inform us we are in horrible health. This fact causes enormous economic failures as obesity cause many health problems which causes health care to be over run, as it is now. Pre covid shut down obesity stats were about 38% of entire population was obese and in & out of hospitals for obesity related symptoms; stats jumped 12% in 2yrs. Do not become a statistic.
