I am most happy when I do the things I love. Life is not a bed of roses, but to be happy you have to make and nurture your roses yourself.
Happiness is what keeps us going in a world full of chaos and discomfort. Every human being deserves to be happy, whether you are big or small, tall or short, rich or poor, young or old, YOU DESERVE TO BE HAPPY, and what brings happiness should be your greatest priority irrespective of what you are going through.
I am most happy when I’m having my alone time, going out shopping, and hanging out with friends which I seldom do.

Absolutely agree! Happiness is a personal garden we must tend to. Alone time, shopping, and friends bring joy to me too. In this chaotic world, prioritizing what makes us happy is key. What about you? What moments or activities bring you the most joy?
Since you asked..haha.
Although I have a family husband and 2 children my happiness depends on me.
They enhance me with happiness É“ut my happiness is within me, it’s like blood in my body it in me to give..maybe a weird way to put it but that’s how I see it….The Canadian slogan for donating blood is ” Blood it’s in you to give ”
My happiness it’s my own responsibility
I teach my two children this from an early age.
What do you bring to the table (of happiness) when you are looking for happiness when I’m counseling them
I met someone once at a function he made a grave mistake by saying
I seem to be a happy person that could make him happy as he is a “frail and tend to get depressed and needed to be happy.
I asked him.” So what percentage of happiness do have of your own to offer to another person?
He said he’s looking for happiness as he needs to be happy.
I wished him well in his search.
I am obsessive reader so need I say more about self happiness, solitude from time to time.
