Distractions Are Not Utterly Bad!!

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

Distractions are imminent when it comes to our goals and life in general. Distractions emanate from different forms, internal or external distractions. It is the ability to refocus our minds and retrace our steps whenever distraction looms, that will keep us more immersed in our goals.

Life can not happen without distractions, it is how we manage them that makes life worthwhile.

Distractions aren’t always bad; sometimes they are useful tools. In short, distractions can be a simple and effective way to make you feel better, rekindle your spark, and help you combat negative feelings and unhealthy habits. For instance, going for a walk, playing a video or puzzle game, seeing movies, and going for a drive, can strengthen our ability to tackle new challenges.
