Favorite physical Exercises

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

People exercise for various reasons. Some to keep fit, while others to lose weight. Physical exercise is paramount for a healthy heart and body.

I like a routine form of physical exercise that I can do for 15 to 20 minutes daily or five times a week. Running is also what I enjoy doing but occasionally. Running in the early quiet hours of the morning with my earphones on and listening to nice beats is the best feeling ever… 😉😍
