What is your favorite type of weather?
My favorite type of weather is the rainy weather. I call it the cleansing season because it washes all dirt and dust from trees, buildings, streets, and fields away and makes everything and everywhere look magnificent and sparkling.
As a lover of fruits, this is the season for fresh fruits and vegetables. It promotes the proper growth of plants, trees, grasses, crops, and vegetables. It’s also a good time for animals because there are plenty of green grasses and small plants to munch on.
There is this peace and serenity that comes with rain. The sound of the rain, the smell of air and dust, and the sight of wet ground and green grass, all make me feel connected to nature. Rain also helps provide a calming effect on people, making them more relaxed and contented with their lives.
My favorite moment of rainy weather is the peaceful, pleasant, and comfortable night’s rest. I do sleep like a newborn especially when it rains all night.
