What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
I am not an early bird, I go to bed late, and wakes up latter in the morning depending on my work schedule for the week. I don’t have a specific time of going to bed and waking in the morning.
I retire for the night whenever I’m done for the day, and it’s mostly towards midnight…
