I Can Do Less Worrying

What could you do less of?

If there is only one thing I can do less of, it

will be worrying. Most times I worry about things that matter, I worry about things that don’t matter, and I also worry about things that I’m not supposed to be bothered about.

Even when I have this inner fulfillment that things I’m engaged in will come out positive, I still won’t get my mind off it till I’m downright convinced.

But over the years I have come to realize that worrying won’t make the problem go away but will exacerbate it more, causing an avalanche of emotions that will be very arduous to restrain.

I am still growing mentally, socially, psychologically, spiritually, and emotionally, and I’m still working on my mental health, wading off negative thoughts that make me think less of myself, I believe you can too. Yes, you reading this post now, you can stop yourself from worrying too. The more we worry, the more downbeat and defeated we will feel.
