Reducing Clutter in My Life

Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

Clutter is any excess in life or emotional baggage that weighs us down, distracts us from our purpose, or robs us of joy and mind-body-spirit health.

The first step to decluttering is to identify that our lives are cluttered and why we are carrying around unwanted emotional or physical clutter.

I would say that fear of the future or the unknown is one of the paramount baggage that distorts our peace and robs us of joy.

We hide instead of risking, pull back instead of reaching out. Life is scary and we don’t really trust people because, after all, we’ve been hurt before.

We need to release what was to make space for what will be. There are beauty and provision and opportunities yet to come. And we can learn to live in a more empowered state.
