I have come to realize that complaining isn’t the right approach because it does not resolve anything, instead, it makes it complicated and jeopardizes your mental health. Instead of always complaining about a particular thing, someone, or someplace, it is better to avoid the trigger completely or remove yourself from any situation that will result from it.
Human beings tend to complain about almost everything from personal needs to social needs. But it’s how we manage our weaknesses that will determine the state of our mental equanimity. So it is better to do more and complain less.
