Are you a leader or a follower?
The only thing I have to say is that if I’m made a leader, I will try my very best to be a very good and exemplary leader. And also to be a dedicated, respectful, and obedient follower.
In any position we find ourselves in, we should try our best to make the work easy for the other person. If you’re a leader, do not suppress your followers because power is in your hands. Do what your conscience will allow you to sleep at night. Listen to your followers, and do the necessary things a leader ought to do that will benefit everyone in general. And a follower should also help the leader to lead aright, by doing their very best as a good follower.
Obeying the rules and abiding by the laws, are major attributes of a good follower. Leaders need our support to do their work effectively because for a State, region, country, and the world at large to be a better place, requires a collective effort of both the leader and the follower to actualize that.
This reminds me of wolves… the alpha male is always in the very back of the pack so that he can watch over all the others and keep an eye out for danger. To those who see this and may not know this he could be labeled as a follower… yet he is the ultimate leader! Thank you for sharing!
