I don’t usually pay much attention to the steps I take every day, but this prompt today will help keep me in check from now on. I know, and I believe that starting from my home to my workplace, I do take several steps, but I’m not sure what the total number is.
Aside from walking, I do have the normal routine workout that I do every morning, nothing too serious but something good enough to keep my heart and body together in good shape.
Nothing can ever go wrong with keeping, whatever you are doing, walking, running, jogging, yoga, etc, just keep at it and keep doing it because one day you will receive your accolades if you know what I mean 😉
There is nothing as relaxing as moving your body from one place to another, especially when the motive is intentional and not because you are forced to.
So from today onwards, I will be very intentional about knowing the steps I take every day
And I believe you will all be here to cheer me up as promised 😊
