What is the best excuse you have heard lately?
I think the best excuses are also the funniest ones. For someone to be able to navigate the best excuse to give when they don’t meet a deadline, or are running late to an appointment or to work, is indeed difficult, but to say it in such a funny way brings out the humor part of them and makes the situation less edgy 😀
The best excuse that I have heard, and most times that I give, is someone coming to work late, and saying they are not late, but looking at the time, they are actually late…smiles!
One thing I get to understand about this kind of people is that they actually know what they are doing, they know they are actually late, but saying the opposite making you look as if you don’t know what you’re saying or doing is actually the humor behind it. 😀
Now and then, we hear people make excuses, both serious and flimsy, funny and the kind where, upon hearing them, you will shake your head and whisper to yourself, “Is this one okay?” 🤣

Filipinos are always late because we have a saying, “Filipino time.”🤭 I just hope it improves.
