Will I Get A Tattoo?

If you had to get a tattoo right now, what would it be and why?

I believe people have a genuine reason for whatever they choose to do with their bodies. Be it a tattoo, a piercing, a facial, or a butt lift, they do it because:

It makes them feel confident in themselves

It makes them feel good

It makes them happy

It makes them feel like they belong.

There are so many things I love and would love to try one after the other someday, but believe me, getting a tattoo is not one of them.

Not that I dislike it or find it disgusting, but it’s just not my thing. I know I will never wake up one day and say that it’s a tattoo that I want to get today

To all lovers of tattoos, to all lovers of piecing or whatever that makes you feel good, or whatever you think will make you look beautiful and handsome, feel free to explore, feel free to experience it, no one is here to judge you, in fact, no one is worthy to dictate to another how they should live their lives, but moderation is always the key in whatever you do in this life, always remember that.

So, to answer this prompt, this homosapien over here is not getting a tattoo any time soon  😄

Reason because I have never given it a thought, and I don’t think I will ever give it a thought….I guess 🤔😊

  1. Personal choices about appearance are meaningful when they come from individual preference rather than pressure or judgment. Not choosing a tattoo is just as valid as choosing one. Ultimately, what matters is being comfortable with one’s own decisions while allowing others the same freedom, with balance and self-awareness guiding those choices.

  2. “Not my thing, but nobody is worthy to dictate to another how they should live” is a much better answer than most people manage to this prompt – a clear no without a lecture attached. I’m in the same camp, and I like that you got there by thinking about why people do it rather than whether they should.

  3. Absolutely! 🤍 We all have different ways of expressing ourselves, and respecting those choices while staying true to our own preferences is what truly matters. Beautifully said! 🦋✨

  4. At least you have solved the tattoo question without spending a penny or enduring a needle. Sometimes no tattoo is the best tattoo plan.

  5. Ah, moderation, yes, coz if the body is almost covered with tattoos look scary to me.🤭 But I know it’s a satisfaction feeling to those who love it.

  6. Ancient tribal uses of tattoos and cicatrix to mark things like coming of age, tribal membership, status and inferred spiritual connections suggest something is going on beyond what we are normally consciously aware of.
It’s modern uses are perhaps even more puzzling. The answers you get might be really interesting.
