The mind is an aspect of cognition that encompasses all mental processes, including thinking, recognition, perception, memory, and mental imagery.
These mental processes greatly influence our behaviour. This is because our behaviour is in line with our thought processes.
In other words, the mind and behaviour are always in agreement in shaping the individuals.
The mind as the mirror of behaviour implies that our thoughts, whether good or bad, negative or positive, are reflected in our behaviour, which can be adaptive or maladaptive ( there is always a thought behind every action ).
In some situations, we are oblivious to our behaviour without realizing it reveals something about us. Our behaviour exposes our inner thoughts, which we would sometimes want to keep a secret.
According to Isaac Newton 3rd law of motion, which states that “action and reaction are equal and opposite”. Therefore, the mind and behaviour are equal and opposite. As we think, our thoughts are reflected in our behaviour, and our behaviour equally reflects our thoughts.

Our thoughts acts on our behaviour, and our behaviour reacts to our thoughts, pushing us to behave either rational or irrational.
The level of thought amounts to the level of behaviour; thus, a positive thought results in a positive behaviour, while a negative thought leads to a negative behaviour. (According to the book of books: As a man thinketh, so is he)
Let us be mindful of our thoughts because it unmasks us to reveal who we really are.
Have you ever noticed yourself or someone else behaving in a manner that is not ordinarily you or that person?
Absolutely true. Our thoughts often reveal themselves through our actions, even when we don’t realize it. 🤍Beautiful reminder to be mindful of what we carry within. 🦋✨
The mind is the seed; behaviour is its visible fruit.
Watch the thought before judging the action.
When awareness purifies the mind, behaviour naturally becomes an expression of truth.
The deepest self-observation is this: what we repeatedly think, we gradually become. 🙏
Sometimes, changing our behaviour begins with changing the thoughts we repeatedly entertain. What is one thought you are choosing to change today? 🌱✨
Our actions often reveal what words try to hide. What do you think your behaviour says about what is happening inside your mind? 🪞💭
