As humans going through life, trying to succeed and be conspicuous in a world full of different calibers of people with spectacular character and unique personalities. You can only tell who you are when you have discovered yourself.
Life presents us with so many opportunities, but we are often distracted to grab the one that suits our personality. We cannot tell for sure what we are doing, where we are going or put in writing the goals we want to actualize.
Connecting to infinite nature is finding yourself, finding your voice and soul, being who you want to be, living your real life not the ideal one society imposes on you. There is this joy, confident and contentment that comes with finding out who you are which paves way for identifying your strengths and weaknesses and the capability to balance both.
We can connect to infinite by doing the following
1. Be Present
One of the basic principles of connecting to the infinite nature is awareness, be conversant with things around you, don’t be left in oblivion. Allow yourself, spirit and soul be engulfed with everything happening at the moment. Don’t allow the mistakes of the past or the fear of the future distract you from living the present.
2. Stop Every Distraction
Distractions can come in many forms, ranging from external and internal distractions. External distractions include factors such as visual triggers, social interactions, music, text messages, and phone calls. There are also internal distractions such as hunger, fatigue, illness, worrying, and daydreaming. Both external and internal distractions contribute to the interference of focus. Have time for everything, designate time for social media. Don’t spend all your time and resources seeking for pleasure, eat healthy food and fruits and take few minutes of rest when you’re tired
3. Master The Act Of Meditation
If you really want to connect to infinite nature, always take out time to meditate. Meditation is the subconscious connection with your inner mind. Meditation strengthens areas of your brain responsible for memory, learning, attention and self-awareness. The practice can also help calm down your sympathetic nervous system. Over time, mindfulness meditation can increase cognition, memory and attention. When you meditate, your brain, heart and soul are laid bare to new and concrete information that boost learning and knowledge.
4. Be Inspired
You can not actually know who your are and your capabilities if you don’t let yourself be inspired. If you are not surrounded by things that inspires you, go else where and get it. Inspiration can come in many ways, it mustn’t necessary come from reading a book, you can be inspired by exploring that art work, associating with nature, and involving in societal activities. Whatever it takes to be inspired, never be left in an oblivion.
5. Be Generous.
Being generous is a virtue. It is the act of putting other people’s need first, giving without asking for anything in return
Someone showing generosity is happy to give time, money, food, or kindness to people in need. Generosity is a quality — like honesty and patience — that we all probably wish we had more of. When you show generosity, you might give away things or money or put others before yourself.
